Why choose warehousing services at Transit

We take over the entire warehouse handling cycle — from unloading and receiving to order picking, paperwork, and delivery to the consignee. Goods are placed in addressable storage, tracked in a WMS, and processed according to agreed operating procedures. You can entrust Transit with individual operations or the entire warehousing loop, including storage, repacking, labeling, order preparation, returns processing, and distribution across sales channels.

  1. Comprehensive warehousing services

Receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping of goods in one loop. We tailor warehouse operations to your assortment, storage volume, and shipping frequency. Pallet storage, small-item bin storage, and floor storage for oversized cargo are all available. We track batches on a FIFO/FEFO basis, record Chestny ZNAK marks and serial numbers, and provide daily stock reports. We build wholesale and retail orders, prepare deliveries to distribution centers, stores, and marketplaces, and work under FBO and FBS schemes.

  2. One operator across the entire chain

International transportation, customs support, storage and handling at the warehouse, domestic delivery, and last mile can be combined in a single solution. You can distribute goods between key regions and manage multiple warehouse sites through one logistics partner.

  3. Convenient warehouse locations

Warehouse sites near the key transport arteries of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, and Vladivostok. Extensive geography of consolidated cargo warehouses. First and last mile organization.

  4. Product sales preparation

Packing, repacking, stickering, and labeling — including Chestny ZNAK — kit assembly, and returns handling: we check product condition, restore packaging, and return usable items to storage or sale.

Types of services

Transit's warehousing services include three operating models — from through-flow handling without storage to full fulfillment for marketplaces.

Cross-docking services

Transloading cargo through a terminal without long-term storage: batch receiving, resorting, palletization, and dispatch to consignees within 24 hours.

Cross-docking 24/7, transloading without storage, cargo consolidation and distribution

In-port cargo handling

Cargo handling at terminals within a single logistics chain: transloading, consolidation, securing, and processing of terminal operations with onward dispatch by road, rail, or sea.

WMS at every warehouse

The WMS records goods movement and warehouse operations: from receiving and placement to picking and shipping. The client gets transparent stock levels, fewer discrepancies, and faster control over the goods flow.

Scaling with seasonality

Storage volume and the set of operations can be adjusted as your goods flow grows, declines, or shifts seasonally.

Not just storage — management of the entire goods flow

Transit combines warehousing and transportation logistics in one loop. We receive goods, place them in storage, keep records, perform the required operations, assemble batches, and organize onward delivery. One contract, one responsible operator, and a single logic of supply chain management.

Video recording of 100% of operations

Every operation at the warehouse is recorded by cameras. Transparency of handling and resolution of disputed situations.

Temperature-controlled storage

Storage and handling of temperature-sensitive cargo: food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics.

Trading house

The trading house arranges supplier search, buyout or payment for goods, execution of a foreign trade contract, quality control, transportation, customs clearance, and certification.

Cases we solve

Typical scenarios solved by Transit's warehousing services.

FMCG distributor: reducing short-delivery fines

A distributor of everyday goods was losing up to RUB 500,000 per month in retail chain fines for short deliveries. Moving warehouse handling to a Transit terminal with a round-the-clock schedule and delivery within 24 hours reduced the fines to zero. Savings — RUB 2.4 million per year.

Marketplace seller: escaping management chaos

A Wildberries seller was losing up to RUB 400,000 monthly to hidden costs: WB fines, picking errors, lost goods, stock sitting outside turnover. Switching to Transit's fulfillment with a WMS and its own fleet for delivery to fulfillment centers eliminated the chaos and restored turnover.

Electronics importer: reducing the breakage rate

An electronics importer was losing 2–5% of turnover to goods breakage during handling. Transit's WMS with video recording of operations and regulated receiving and shipping procedures brought the breakage rate below the market level.

Steps to organize transportation

  1. Request and audit

Analysis of the cargo flow, volumes, and seasonality. Choosing an operating model: cross-dock, storage, or fulfillment.

  2. Contract execution

A single contract for warehouse handling, logistics, and delivery. Fixing the SLA and penalty obligations.

  3. WMS integration

Connecting the WMS to the client's ERP system (1C, SAP, Oracle). Setting up API/EDI exchange.

  4. Cargo receiving

Receiving at the terminal, quality checks, defect control. Video recording of the operation.

  5. Storage or handling

Placement in storage with a temperature mode or cross-dock handling without storage.

  6. Picking and shipping

Order assembly, packing, labeling. Shipping by our own fleet to retail outlets or marketplaces.

  7. Reporting and control

Online statuses in the client portal, closing documents, real-time stock control.
