Coordination of terminal operations, documents, vehicle supply, and handover of cargo to the next stage of transportation.
Operation and dispatch control

At a port or terminal, synchronization of operations is especially important: uncoordinated actions increase handling time and the risk of extra costs. We combine terminal work with the onward leg of transportation and document control.
Terminal handling, the overland leg, warehouse operations, and documents are coordinated by one responsible partner. This simplifies cargo handover between stages and deviation control.
The company's warehousing infrastructure includes terminals in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Vladivostok, and Novosibirsk, as well as a container terminal in Ussuriysk for export cargo.
Depending on the task, we arrange receiving, loading and unloading operations, consolidation, packing, securing and unsecuring, and container stuffing or unstuffing.
A manager monitors operation statuses, documents, and onward dispatch. Shipment information and closing documents are available in a single support loop.
The scope of operations is agreed before work begins: we consider the type of packaging, placement requirements, the need for consolidation, and the onward dispatch scheme.
| Category | Product examples |

Warehouse handling tailored to the client's process
We select the terminal and the sequence of operations with regard to the route, the customs clearance location, the cargo type, and the onward delivery leg.
The terminal on Snegovaya Street performs receiving and release of cargo for interterminal transportation, SKU-based 3PL storage, consolidation, loading and unloading, packing, and securing.
The container terminal in Ussuriysk is used for export cargo dispatch and agro trading tasks.
The Moscow and St. Petersburg terminals support receiving, release, storage, sorting, picking, packing, and batch building for distribution.
The warehousing and terminal infrastructure makes it possible to include cargo handling in the route without handing the operation over to several unrelated contractors.
