Why choose international FTL

International FTL is a direct cross-border run with customs handled within a single service loop. Here is what makes this service work.

  1. Customs clearance within a single service loop

Customs brokers prepare the declaration, calculate duties and VAT, and support the release of goods. No need to look for a separate customs representative. Customs and delivery — one contract, one manager.

  2. Direct run from shipper to consignee

The truck is loaded at the shipper's warehouse and unloaded at the consignee's warehouse. No transit warehouses, no transloading at the border. Fewer touches — fewer risks. Delivery time is predictable.

  3. Own fleet — 400+ tractors

Tractors owned and operated. The truck arrives for loading on schedule. No waiting for a carrier to find a vehicle for an international route.

  4. Offices and specialists in China

Own offices and specialists in Shanghai and Chengdu. First-mile arrangement: pickup from the supplier, inspection, consolidation. Document control on the China side.

Stages of arranging transportation

  1. Request and quote

You submit a request with the cargo parameters: weight, volume, country of origin, country of destination, body type. The manager selects a truck and calculates the cost and time.

  2. Arrival for loading

The truck arrives at the shipper's warehouse on schedule. For cargo from China — our own specialists pick up the cargo from the supplier, inspect it, and consolidate it at a warehouse in Shanghai or Chengdu.

  3. Dispatch and transit

The driver departs along the route. The route is planned with regard to hours-of-service rules, border crossings, and road conditions. GPS tracking along the entire route.

  4. Customs clearance

Customs brokers prepare the declaration, calculate duties and VAT, and support the release of goods. HS/TN VED classification, customs value, currency control. Customs — within a single service loop with delivery.

  5. Delivery and unloading

The truck arrives at the consignee's warehouse. Unloading, quantity and condition checks, execution of closing documents. We hand over the complete document package.

  6. Closing documents

A complete package: transport documents (CMR, TIR), customs declaration, invoice, packing list. Documents for accounting and currency control.
