Why choose consolidated shipping

LCL and LTL are tools for those who do not need a full container or truck. Here is what makes this service work.

  1. Pay only for the space you use

The cost is calculated on actuals: how many cubic meters or kilograms your cargo occupied. No need to rent a whole container or truck. No overpaying for empty space. Order 2 pallets — pay for 2 pallets.

  2. Own consolidation warehouses

Warehouses in Shanghai and Chengdu — receiving cargo from suppliers in China. Warehouses in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Vladivostok — deconsolidation and delivery across Russia. Own specialists at every warehouse.

  3. Customs clearance within a single service loop

Customs brokers prepare the declaration, calculate duties and VAT, and support the release of goods. No need to look for a separate customs representative. Customs clearance and delivery — within a single service loop.

  4. Sea, rail, and road routes

International LCL — by sea via Vladivostok or western ports, by rail via Zabaykalsk. Domestic LTL — by our own fleet of 400+ tractors. The choice of route depends on urgency and budget.

Cases we solve

Consolidated shipping solves the tasks of importers and distributors who do not need a full container or truck. Below are typical scenarios.

Trial batch of a new product

An importer tests a new product on the Russian market. Orders 500 kg — 2 pallets. A full container is not needed. LCL — the cargo is consolidated with other batches, dispatched from Shanghai, clears customs, and is deconsolidated in Moscow. Result: minimal testing costs.

Supplies from different suppliers in one container

An importer orders goods from 5 different suppliers in China. Each is a small batch. The goods are consolidated at a warehouse in Shanghai and dispatched in one container. Result: one shipment instead of five, logistics savings.

Distribution to regional stores

A retailer receives goods at a warehouse in Moscow. They need to be distributed to 8 regional stores. LTL — the cargo is consolidated, dispatched along routes, and delivered to each store. Result: regional delivery without renting a truck for each address.

Stages of arranging transportation

  1. Request and quote

You submit a request with the cargo parameters: weight, volume, origin, destination. The manager calculates the cost based on the actual volume or weight — not for a whole container or truck.

  2. Receiving at the warehouse

The cargo is accepted at a consolidation warehouse — in China (Shanghai, Chengdu) or in Russia (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Vladivostok). Checks of quantity, quality, packaging, and documents.

  3. Consolidation

The cargo is consolidated with other shipments heading in the same direction. Optimal filling of the container or vehicle. You pay for the volume actually used.

  4. Scheduled dispatch

The consolidated cargo is dispatched on a fixed schedule — by sea, rail, or road. The cargo leaves on the nearest departure.

  5. Customs clearance (for international)

For international LCL — customs brokers prepare the declaration, calculate duties and VAT, and support the release of goods. Customs clearance — within a single service loop with delivery.

  6. Deconsolidation

At the arrival warehouse, the cargo is deconsolidated — separated from other shipments. Checks, labeling, preparation for onward delivery.

  7. Delivery to the consignee's warehouse

The last mile — by our own fleet. Delivery to the consignee's warehouse in any region of Russia. We hand over the complete package of closing documents.

End-to-end logistics support

Consolidated shipping is not just delivery. It is end-to-end support across the entire chain.

First-mile arrangement in China

Pickup from the supplier, inspection, consolidation at our own warehouse in Shanghai or Chengdu. Own specialists in China — no need to look for a separate agent.
