Why customers choose Transit international air freight

International air freight is not just booking space on a flight. It is a complex process: cargo pickup in the country of origin, preparation for air transportation, customs clearance, and ground delivery. We manage the entire cycle under a single contract.

  1. Offices in China — first mile in the country of origin

Our own offices in Shanghai and Chengdu. Local specialists arrange factory cargo pickup, document checks, packaging, and labeling. This eliminates errors at the dispatch stage and reduces processing time at the departure airport. There is no need to look for a local freight forwarder — we work on site.

  2. Complex routes via third countries

Experience with complex routes, including transit through third countries. When direct flights are unavailable or restricted, we build a route via transit hubs with minimal connection time. This is especially relevant under sanctions restrictions and for non-standard destinations.

  3. A single contract: air + truck + customs

One contract covers the entire cycle: cargo pickup in the country of origin, air transportation, customs clearance in Russia, and ground delivery to the warehouse. There is no need to sign 5 separate contracts with different contractors. Unified liability — when a problem arises, one partner handles it.

  4. Magnetic inspections — savings of up to 70%

Cargo with magnetic properties requires special preparation for air transportation. Without expertise, preparation can cost up to 70% of the budget in unnecessary spending. Our specialists know airline requirements and prepare cargo correctly — with no overpayments.

Use cases we solve

International air freight solves challenges where delivery speed is critical for business. Below are typical scenarios with configured solutions.

Urgent delivery of components from China for a production line

A manufacturing plant is idle due to a shortage of components from China. Air freight — 48–72 hours instead of 14–20 days by rail. Our own employee in Shanghai arranges factory pickup and documentation. Customs at the arrival airport — under a single contract. Result: the line is up and running in 4 days instead of 3 weeks of downtime.

A fashion collection from Europe for the start of the season

A clothing distributor receives a new collection from Italy late from the supplier. Air freight from Milan to Moscow — 48 hours. Customs clearance at the airport — by our own specialists. Ground delivery to the distribution center — under a single contract. Result: the collection is in stores on time and seasonal sales are not lost.

Electronics from China — magnetic inspection and DGR

An electronics importer ships a batch of lithium batteries and smartphones from Shanghai. DGR-class cargo requires a declaration and special packaging. Magnetic inspection — with no overpayments. Our own employee in Shanghai supervises preparation and loading. Customs in Moscow — under a single contract. Result: the cargo is delivered in 72 hours, and preparation came without the 70% overpayment.

Stages of organizing transportation

  1. Request and flight selection

You submit a request specifying the cargo characteristics: weight, volume, origin and destination, temperature regime, and hazard class. A dedicated manager selects the optimal flight based on the cargo readiness date.

  2. Cargo pickup in the country of origin

In China — our own staff in Shanghai and Chengdu arrange factory cargo pickup, document checks, and packaging. In other countries — vetted partners with quality control.

  3. Preparation for air transportation

Packaging to IATA requirements, magnetic inspections where necessary, and issuance of the air waybill (AWB). For dangerous goods (DGR) — declaration and special packaging.

  4. Air transportation

Loading onto the flight and status monitoring. For complex routes — connection monitoring at the transit hub. If the flight is canceled or delayed — prompt rebooking onto an alternative flight.

  5. Acceptance at the destination airport

Cargo arrival in Russia. Our own employee at the airport supervises acceptance, checks the cargo's condition, and processes documents. For temperature-controlled cargo — verification of temperature indicators.

  6. Customs clearance

Customs clearance at the arrival airport — under a single contract. HS classification, calculation of duties and VAT, release for free circulation. Priority handling for urgent cargo.

  7. Delivery to the consignee's warehouse

Ground delivery from the airport to the consignee's warehouse — with our own trucks. Refrigerated trucks for temperature-controlled cargo. The full cycle under a single contract: from factory pickup to warehouse delivery.
