3. The Operator can process following personal data
3.1. First name (if necessary: last name, middle name).
3.2. Email address.
3.3. Phone numbers.
3.4. The website also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including cookies) using Internet statistics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics and others).
3.5. The listed data hereinafter in the text of the Policy are united by the general concept of Personal data.
4. Purposes of personal data processing
4.1. The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to inform the User by sending emails; providing the User with access to services, information and /or materials contained on the website; provision of services by the website http://www.transitllc.ru.

6.4. The period for personal data processing is unlimited. The user can revoke his consent for personal data processing at any time by sending to an Operator a notification via email info@transitllc.ru with the note «Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data». In case of consent withdrawal, the Operator undertakes to delete the User’s personal data no later than in 3 working days.
7. Personal data Cross Border Transfer
7.1. Before the start of the personal data Cross Border Transfer, the Operator is obliged to make sure that the foreign state, to whose territory the Operator is supposed to transfer personal data, provides reliable protection of the rights of subjects of personal data.
7.2. Personal data Cross Border Transfer on the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above-mentioned requirements can be carried out only in case of existence of a written consent of the subject of the cross-border transfer and /or implementation of an agreement to which the subject of personal data is a party.

8.2. This document will reflect any changes in the personal data processing policy by the Operator. This Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new revision.
