User Agreement
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred as the Agreement) governs the relations between Transit LLC (hereinafter http://www.transitllc.ru or the Administration) on the one side and the website user on the other.
The website http://www.transitllc.ru is not a mass media.
By using this website, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree with the terms, please stop using the website http://www.transitllc.ru.
Rights and obligations of the parties
The user has the right:
- to search for information on the website;
- to receive information on the website;
- to copy information to other websites indicating the source;
- to use the information on the website for personal non-commercial purposes.
The administration has the right:
- at its discretion and need to create, change, cancel rules;
- to restrict access to any information on the website;
- to create, modify, delete information.
The user undertakes:
- to not disrupt the website’s performance;
- to not use the scripts (programs) for the automated information collection and /or interaction with the website and its services.
The Administration undertakes:
- to maintain the website’s performance, except in cases where it is not possible for reasons beyond the Administration’s control;
- to restrict information, the dissemination of which is prohibited by the laws of the Russian Federation by issuing a warning, or by deleting an account that has violated the rules.
Liability of the parties
- the user is personally fully responsible for the information disseminated by him.
- the Administration does not bear any responsibility for the accuracy of information received from other sources.
- the Administration does not bear any responsibility for the services provided by third parties.
- in the event of a force majeure situation (military action, state of emergency, natural disaster), the Administration does not guarantee the safety of the information posted by the User, as well as the uninterrupted operation of the information resource.
Terms of the Agreement operation
- This Agreement shall enter into force when using the website.
- This agreement can be terminated when a new version of it appears.
- The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this agreement at its discretion.
- The Administration does not notify users about the change in the Agreement.
